Zen meditation is not about feeling chilled or relaxed,
though that would be nice.
The aim is to relate to vast interconnectedness,
and to see things as they are,
not how we imagine them to be.
But first things first; this requires practice.
We need to become friendlier with ourselves
and discipline our minds.
We watch the fleetingness of mind,
as things come and go.
Sometimes this might be pleasant, sometimes not.
Eventually the discipline wears off,
and we just play in an unfettered landscape.
