The Meditation
Aspire to see every moment as the reflection of the moon on water. The main praxis is to settle in cognitive sameness allowing the mind to perceive whatever arises as a relfection. ”
— Longchenpa
The goal of Buddhist meditation is not to feel good – or calm. Hopefully these become byproducts. But the objective is to realize our vastness– and naturally help others in the process. In the beginning of each session there will be a group discussion on relevant topics. There is no fee but small donations to help support current expenses will be gratefully accepted. Meditating in a group environment often fosters the confidence and motivation to sustain daily practice.
